Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
